Council Land & Property

Stanway Parish Council owns the three halls in Villa Road with the surrounding playing fields and car parks, Comb Meadow Burial Ground, Swan Green and a few small strips of land. It is responsible for 117 street lights, the play areas at Lucy Lane South and Silverwitch Green, the Youth Garden in Villa Road and various items of street furniture.
