Building and Asset Maintenance

The Council outsources some of the maintenance of its property, including grass-cutting, tree and hedge maintenance, small electrical repairs and PAT testing. From time-to-time, it puts out tenders for more significant one-off projects (play areas, car park repairs, etc).
